Did yours increase? Decrease? Stay the same? It can be confusing, as the assessments are all over the map in the Lower Mainland for 2011. West side Vancouver, Richmond and White Rock detached homes saw dramatic increases, while other areas such as Surrey and Abbotsford saw decreases in activity and sale prices.
